@Alectess1 That was the year that South Korea/Japan hosted the World Cup, so all the games were on super late times. Meant that CBC could air it without interrupting their schedule and Canadians' hockey/beer time.

italy was excusable as fouls put both sides at equal foulage
the spain, well,,,, that could've been a more fair towards spain in a heavily korea favored match
