98Nm torque converts to 72.27lb/ft @ 4310rpm, which is pretty good too since Rover quoted '91Nm @ 3000rpm', which converts to '67.11lb/ft @ 3000rpm'. Oh and Rover quoted '61bhp at 5,500rpm', where as mine managed '68bhp @ 5490rpm'.
Well I'm just relieved that my baby didn't blow up and instead returned some pretty good results. i.e. '68bhp @ flywheel, 38.5bhp @ wheels & 98 Nm Torque' . Oh and Max Speed 101mph @ 5530rpm.
