I can't beleave that it does not have built in wifi. I got a bx 400 and its a real pain to get the thing on the net. I got a wireless card for it but it won't conect to my home net work. I do not hate the pacmate but i think they should remake it.
I used a pacmate for a little over a year, and it doesn't even come close to meeting today's standards for a mobile device. The biggest quam with it is that it lacks built-in WiFi capability, super gay. Furthermore, smartphone software isn't designed for the sort of use that a laptop is capable of handling, so as a result, the device locks up and good luck with saving any work at that point since CPU responsiveness isn't very good
The demo was good, the pacmate is the biggest fucking waste of your hard earned money to come along in years. Not only is it about 10 years behind the curve, it's a half ass cross between a windows mobile PDA and a laptop. No, buy a mac, it's the best solution, even if the learning curve is a bit steep.
