In Iowa we have a statewide expectation that preschoolers have access to a cane and instruction from a certified specialist. Don't know about other states, though.
Wowww! We have several schools for blind in our area, but this is the first time I have actually seen a toddler handle a cane... I have wonderd always from what age they started to teach the blind walking with a cane. Very impressing!

I'm all for people expressing their opinions but go use your lame venom to talk about someone who's in jail for doing wrong, not a toddler tying to make it in this world!
@martinlarsen20 you should never put anything to sleep because of a slight impairment! all things have the right to live you sick freak! thats the same as putting you to sleep if you didnt have a pinkie!
