The constitution is a great wonder. The biggest "mistake"(which might merely be a misunderstanding on my part) is the Judicial branch. If all of the government's power had come from the people, shouldn't the people act as the supreme court?

We are supposed to be. The judges sitting on the bench are supposed to be elected from the whole of the People. Regular Joes and Janes and NOT members of the legal society (Bar Association).

We know he's right but over the years it's gone towards more and more big government and more laws. Now of all people an ultra-socialist Senator moved up to President. Not that McCain was any better but what can we do at this point?

There were several other candidates who were running for president...

We can vote our conscience, which is what the Founding Fathers counseled us to do, or we can vote with the mob and continue to get the same old shit that we have been getting for nearly 100 years!!! I supported Ron Paul until he dropped out of the race...I have been a registered Libertarian for 25 years, so I voted for Bob Barr. Not the perfect choice...but the best of all who were running.

I have not regretted one vote...

We the People? Does it matter if the P in People is capitalized on the constitution? People and Posterity are both capitonyms. Does this make "We the People" and "Posterity" fictional entities? What scares me the most...

The fact that these videos have been viewed on average between 500-1000 times over six months, while Chris Crocker and Britany Spears videos are viewed in the millions over much shorter periods.

At what point do we stop blaming the government and start blaming ourselves for letting this happen.
