ryuzy got his own set of style , he look similar but he doesnt do copy , probably their techniques , theory are similar.

Very True. If you look at Ryuzy, you can see his style still somewhat adheres to Boogaloo, which Gucchon does not particularly do. But yes, their theory and approach---for example, how relax they become on the dance-floor---are alike.

its the way he does toyman and uses momentum in his boogaloo. and it doesnt help that hes s dressed exactly how gucchon does for a lot of battles, same hat, same type of pants and t shirt, same facial hair even! If he didnt look like gucchon's twin it wouldn't be that noticeable that his dancing is similar, but hes a dope dancer fo sho!
