As for sticks, I can't tell what he's using but each manufacturer makes a wide variety of sizes and tips. If you're a drummer I *highly* recommend two dvds: Steve Smith History of the U.S. Beat, and the Buddy Rich Memorial Scholarship Concert Series. Prepare for a meltdown afterward.

Hillsong produce the best music because that's their calling, their music is relevant to the new generation and that is why we can feel such a strong anointing on it.
Isn't a calling tied to the one who made the call? I don't think mephlol meant that since they are relevant that shows they are anointed. I think he meant that it all goes together and they are faithful to the call God has placed on them so they have become a blessing.
I'm sure mephlol's heart was right, but too often people place the wrong emphasis on why a certain person is gifted, etc...Everything we have is from God, apart from Him we have nothing. Hillsong could have the best musicians, but without God, they would have nothing. They're very anointed, but a lot of times these days people just emphasize the anointing rather than the One who gives the anointing.
God gives talent, and he doesn´t just take it away again. Of course they can play good music without Jesus, but they choose not to, and that is called comitment

So instead of arguing, let's just pray for them and leave them be. We must conduct ourselves with integrity and respect for those who do not know. look...in the book of genesis chapter 1 verse 1
it says: In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.
This verse tells us that God was acting before time when He created the universe. Many other verses from the New Testament tells us that God was acting before time began, and so, He created time, along with the other dimensions of our universe!

Might I suggest watching the video "Everything is Spiritual" by Rob Bell?
I'm not going to get into debates and stuff like that. It's pointless to argue. But there is some cool stuff about science and atoms and all these crazy quantum physics stuff and how it is or isn't spiritual. If your argument is purely scientific, check it out regardless of whether or not you believe in God. It's sweet.

How little imagination and knowledge you actually have. *EVERYTHING* in this universe we see and learn about as we discover it in space is greater than us, and makes us completely insignificant. The fact you need a god to fill that role means you are actually arrogant. There is no special human aspect to existence. We're simply a tiny part of everything else. There is no god. There is plenty of mystery out there without gods.

I meant being connected with a greater purpose than my own satisfaction. In other words, I can keep going when things get overwhelming because I'm not living for my satisfaction; my purpose is living is for something greater than myself.
I'm not trying to prove you wrong or tick you off; I just wanted to possibly provide some clarity into the often miscommunicated purpose of believing in Jesus Christ and God. Do what have to do.

download real player, the free version, and then it let's you download streaming videos from any site, after installation just go to the video and put the pointer on it and then u should see the download video on the top right corner, then just download it and it saves it as a .flv file and then use videora, a free vid converter for ipod, and just convert and ur done!

Isn't a calling tied to the one who made the call? I don't think mephlol meant that since they are relevant that shows they are anointed. I think he meant that it all goes together and they are faithful to the call God has placed on them so they have become a blessing.

I'm sure mephlol's heart was right, but too often people place the wrong emphasis on why a certain person is gifted, etc...Everything we have is from God, apart from Him we have nothing. Hillsong could have the best musicians, but without God, they would have nothing. They're very anointed, but a lot of times these days people just emphasize the anointing rather than the One who gives the anointing.
