@geobros push the leg you have on the stomach and at the same time the other leg wich is lower, pull. like sissors, and dont forget keep your grip on this ankle with one hand and the other one grapping the gi`s slice (my english is bad sorry i hope you imagine better this sweep with my description of it)
Is it best to hold the gi sleeve on the same side as foot is on the hip, or döes it not matter? Kurt is doing both things in this drill....

Man this one is really tricky for a new white belt. I'm not used to moving my hips like that and memorizing where to put my legs!
