I've heard it might be a bug that seem to me happen' sometimes on shipment but wouldn't say it's niether. Anyway, I've NEVER used hack or cheat of any kind!

LOL the server obviously has altered recovery time, I had this on mine - he's not hacking its the same for everyone on the server.... but knife is one shot kill so its superior to use it. Its also possible to edit the percentage of damage juggernaut stops.
