Ablert Einstein said clearly that he didn't believe in a personal god or in the afterlife. He believes in a force that follows the principle of logic, and that governs all the other forces in the universe. He doesn't understand how come the universe work together so well so he thinks there is a force that has god like property that holds everything together.
He also said that he isn't 100% he just thinks human don't have enough knowledge and do not understand the universe yet.

This story is deceptive. Although he was a religious Jew for a short time in his childhood, for most of life Einstein rejected the belief of a Personal God. When challenged he compared his belief with that of Spinoza a philosopher who had been excommunicated from the Jewish Community of Amsterdam. Also the argument given here contradicts scripture - see Isaiah 45:7. In it both darkness and evil are described as being created by God.

Science changes as we learn new things about our physical world, as we discover the things that prove our theories they become known as fact. If something comes along to enlighten our knowledge of that fact science does not prove the fact wrong or falsifiable it just is!

Some brilliant viewer here post a comment like... "science is falsifiable"... and then my mind went numb and I could not read the rest of his/her comment. Science is what it is! Science is not a religion (yes I have heard that), science is not made up and does not change to "fit" the theory. Let look at gravity, magnetism, the earth revolving around the sun, the solar system revolving around the center of our galaxy.

Science is falsifiable. It accepts reality. It admits reality that it can be modified, improved as our understanding of the real world is increased.
Religion is not falsifiable. Thats stupid. Its suppose to be held valid true indefinitely regardless of our increased understanding of the real world.

And why exactly is religion supposed to be held true? Do you understand the meaning of what TRUTH is? It's ACTUAL STATE OF MATTER. I find it extremely hard to believe the earth is 6000 years old, there was a talking snake in a garden, and a woman sprout from a man's ribs. The ladder story is propagated by most religion, which you believe should be held "truth."
Also, which "truth" should we believe in since there are thousands of fairy tales out there?

@kaminoneh Buddy that's the point, we aren't much exposed to da truth at all. You can only think based on what you already know. By controlling what you're exposed to, how you think and what you belive in can be controlled. Religion has been very succesful in doing it on a global scale for the last few millenia. The point is don't puth your faith in anything, put your mind to understand what the real world is. You'll become a much more powerful mind. Truths change as our understanding increases.

I agree with you on that, but too bad people take religion in a literal sense rather than symbolism. If you want to use your mind, then understand the metaphors behind religions. That's what makes it beautiful. However, it should never constitute as proof for the existence of the universe. Science is the only truth. Vagyan and Brahman.

Assuming God is Omniscient, Omnipotent, and Omnibenevolent, then there ought to be no place where God is absent, creating evil. However this is only based on the premise that the optimal world exists without evil. If this premise is false, then what i said has no relevance as well as what the teacher said.

This video is pure bullshit. 1) Einstein never said such thing. No record of that exists. 2) But even if we suppose that Einstein said it, it doesn't make it right.
In fact I can prove it is wrong.
If this explanation for evil was right the Christians should neither commit evil nor suffer from it. But in the real world we see no such thing, thus our original hypothesis (that this explanation was right) is wrong.

Here's a better argument professor... If god KNOWS everything, then he must have known that by creating Satan, Satan would create evil. Therefore, god is responsible for creating evil. If he knew it was gonna happen by creating Satan, doesn't that seem a little weird to you that god claims he's good when he could have prevented evil in the first place? If he didn't, then you are correct in saying the video is not real.
