This is great. You're a wonderful instructor. Very informative, especially for beginners. I've been studying this for a while now and still learned a few new things from you. Thank you and keep up the great work! Ignore the many ignorant people responding. It's off-base and not at all representative of the quality of your presentation. :)
You idiots shut up go watch something else....there's no law that says she has to gyrate for you jerks if she doesn't want to... some of us enjoy being educated about the cultures we bite from....
Decent explanations of all the props and costumes and why's and where fore's ... but what about actually showing the dances?? will there be more?? You seeem to know what your talking about I think the complaint is you know so much please share more!!
um i think i agree with getting your facts straight...teach the moves...leave the facts and history of bellydance for others to teach who know of it....by the way the stick is used by woman too to dance with, not only to balance on the head...i'll paste a link and maybe you could teach that too after learning it...
like i said, i have always loved the art of belly-dancers, i think she's a wonderful teacher, i'm learning alot. this is something i am enjoying!!! thank you!
middle east better than USA in belly dancing and I don't think so that Americans added sth interesting in belly dancing.....I think that u don't have alot information about belly dancing so keep ur work 4 ur self
with respect to Mihaela, belly dancing (also known as Arabian or Oriental dancing) is originated in ARABIAN lands, also sticks are not only used by men and America did not invent the style!
vails have been around tbefore the era of Harun Al Rached, which is over 400yrs ago. However. Nice dancing, and flow of info, also too thin for proffesional Arabian/Belly/Ortiental dancing.
I agree. Infact the stick is not balanced on the head, it's twisted in the hands, we're not in a circus. Also im glad they dont do the Chandeleir/candle thing in the middle east though some may do it. I find the balancing things on head ridiculous and infact swords/sticks are twisted in their hands not balanced on their heads.

this girl is talking toooo much, and even what she says is 80 % rubbish
she doesn´t know anything about egyptian culture, just repeating what she have heard in her country, not professional at all i think.
4th part and still i haven´t seen any moves, i´m not going to continue, it´s wasted time

you should get your informations right:
the chandelier and the stick has always been used by arab women bellydancers, there is even a dance called the stick dance ''raqsat al3asaya''.
Stick to teaching belly dancing if u know how to and stay away from notions of a culture you really don't know.
