looks like a lens reflection the can be caused from a small chip in the camera lens from space debris to a small chunk of ice moving in front of the camera. its reflecting what seems to be a standard satellite dish. the reason nothing else is reflected is because the dishes are the most refection part of a satellite, meaning, nothing else is bright enough to appear, proof of this is the fact, that the struts holding the receiver over the dish appear to be pure black.
