Hi. i just got one give to me and its clean its just when i turn the key it dosent make a sund i hooked it up to a car battery with jumper cables it dosent help because the prongs that connect the wires to the battery are missing. how could i get it to start? message me

@shockmaster14231 nh its all good, I repaired it with Devcon aluminum putty and its still holding today ( a friend bought the bike and his kids love it)

@RICKYWILLIAMLOUGH mine dosn't have a brand name, my guess is its a generic unit imported by a 3rd party distributor and sold under their name.

my local bike shop can get engine bits but nobody seems to know where to get plastics or accesories. :(

be care full with the cheap chineas wiering , they some times put verry thin wier in rather thick insulation and it becomes hard to reapir . do you have a second part to this video ?

I doubt they would be using a Mitsubishi built drivetrain, more like Obsolete Mitsubishi dies and tools used to make parts in China to China's shitty standards. sorta like how Proton reuse old Mitsubishi tools and designs.

nice one. the engine looks the same as the one on the res small bike i fixed. the starter motors and wires are under sized i found. good job on the tie rod ends. wing-nuts dont need grease so whay should balljoints.lmao

I worked on my friends chopper and it had the same engine, and same problem with no spark, coil shorted out.

Its not a magneto as such, it uses a electromagnetic pulse from the flywheel to trigger a Capacitor Discharge Ignition (CDI) module.

I bought a new CDI Module and it runs perfectly, deadly fast.

I'm not selling it at the moment, but maybe later on I will
