If the criticisms on here are based on one video, then in my opinion they are ignorant.
Murakami was once a small child himself & would remember how Kanazawa Sensei went to his small village in Kyushu. Murakami loved karate & followed it as his way of life.
The children of Vulcan may be bitten by the 'karate bug' and develop a real passion for it for all their lives. And then they can help karate develop in Romania.
I've met murakami and Canada. He is truly an extraordinary man. He, alongside Kanazawa, tends to send a great feeling of humility running through your spine.
I wouldn't worry too much about so many kids around. From what I've seen (and my experience as coach in various sports), it is truly great to help perfect those who are advanced and now the basics, but it is a warm feeling to see such young people learn such a beautiful art and have such potential.
@ChildBeyondTheWall I myself have a strong memory of Kanazawa-sensei coming to my hometown when I was eight, and still today I remember that time (He was explaining Kiba-dachi, and how karate is balanced in-out/open-closed/etc.) The youngsters probably will remember that seminar for many years.
For a club of 5 persons this seminary is an image exercise and pulls down to ridiculosity the ideea of training and trainer.A master like Murakami doesn't deserves
that half of the gym is maked only from little children with little belts levels.I wonder if nothing can't be learnt,at what this seminar was used.

Remember from little things big things grow.
