  • @TheKewlBeast No offense, but when I read that I immediately thought of Horton Hears a Who.

  • @TheKewlBeast true dat

  • How many stars are on it when finished

  • @jessechan100 !2 stars. it is the shape of a dodecahedron (polyhedron with 12 pentagon faces).

  • How Manu stars are there when finished

  • can it be turned inside out?

  • @kiwication Yep.

  • My reaction to the video:

Me: O___O That looks so cool, i'm gonna do one of those ---> '''working...'''

Me: I did it!!!! That was so compliceted.

    Video: "Build 30 units"

Me: What?! It's not finished yet? 29 more? that's gonna take forever! Nooo!!! :'(

  • Thx, I did it! ( not as good as urs, of course, but I did it! ) :)

  • Nice, but only too much modules, not nough paper

  • it looks hard for me

  • can i do it with 12 modules?

  • Amazing! I will have to make my own now :-D

  • Can i use it in a cookie?

  • What kind of paper do you use typically? 65g/qm? Or denser quality? It looks stiffer than regular origami paper.

  • @Adoriakashite this is regular copy paper, 75g/m²

  • @jonakashima So you cut it into squares yourself? I used 65g/qm paper for this model and it worked but it's still a little soft, I guess I'll do my next one with sturdier paper.

  • @jonakashima I think its 80 gsm

  • can you use that in a cookie

  • @migzuel1 you can try it in origami cookie. hahahahaha

  • wow this is soooo cool, i love making origami from you, thx!

  • will it work in any square??

  • @miygirly

    yes

  • would 7.5 by 7.5 work also?

  • hi, excelent video but For other modules please make the assemblage complete

  • I made it. Thank you.

  • I made it thank you jo

  • ooohh love this one ..thanks for the upload.. 8 )...cam

  • @soler393939393939393 yep.. i know u are joking :)

  • I totally enjoyed this video!! I figure that I watch it enough times I might be able to make this.

  • still getting used to the new site format... i posted a response video with mine that i made..but not sure if it posted or not ..thanks for the tutorial! it was fun to make! :)

  • @soler393939393939393 sure.. hahaha :)

  • How many pieces of each color did u use????

  • @themidorifarmer

6 modules of each color (5 different colors)

  • Even when I don't fold from the video itself, I enjoy often having a link to diagrams that I can fold by on my own time and location.

The configuration is a version of the dodecahedron and it looks like this unit is idea for faces that have no more than 3 edges to a vertex. Can a stable vertex be made with four edges to a vertex, or higher? Also, is the cube the smallest possible shape possible without changing the units?

  • barballeta did this, and so have I but i used verry small paperand it turned out HUGE

  • i made this !!! thanks Jo!!

  • do u get paid 2 do this?

  • how many papers use?

  • @annagong963

    30 modules

  • Approximately how long would you say this takes to make one?

  • @NoLimit4Cards

over 1 hour (if you make all the modules alone)

    But it is very easy

  • awsome

  • ehheh time to make some cookies >:D

  • Yumm
