This stuff is pretty cool, what isn't is that you don't wear gloves. I hope you wear a mask because I am certain that you know the dangers of exposure to paint on the skin and so on.. Wonderful creations hope you the best..

just use a white spray can but dont fully apply pressure to make it spray. throw it across and it like drizzles out n makes stuars

he just used a cut out can sprayed it with a layer of white then blue for the light blue effect created after adding another layer of white then using just a little dab of paint aimed near the edge to create the little line near the edge to make it look 3d with lighting depth... :D
