Doesn't apply to Mind Over Mutant much, but at least it has more cutscenes than most Crash games), and more possibilities with the new formulas than with the simplistic formulas of the past. Sony only accepts good games? Unfarted and Killbone say hi. I'll admit, some Sony exclusives like God of War, Ratchet & Clank and others are awesome, but Sony has it's share of fail games too.

@mate Backtracking was annoying but that was not too bad unless you have some type of real hatred for backtracking. It wasn't really unorganized as much as short thanks to Activision setting a short deadline. Want a more finished Crash game? Protest with a few other people and tell Activision to let it's developers have adequate time for developing a game. That's what makes games like this be half of what they could be. Personally, after getting 103%, I got bored of Warped. Nothing else to do.

@LORDXM7MD Any reasons for this? The old Crash = Run, jump, spin. New Crash = punch, kick, jack, combo, use super moves. And there's also variety with the Mutants. Seriously, just because Crash is different, doesn't mean it's bad. Do people complain about the redesigns for the Gods in the God of War series? No, and they're just as drastic. So why this? @PhoeniX ... Yeah, right. Sony's "failures" have now gotten a larger variety of moves, more of a story (relatively. Doesn't apply to Mind Over Mutant much, but at least it has more cutscenes than most Crash games), and more possibilities with the new formulas than with the simplistic formulas of the past. Sony only accepts good games? Unfarted and Killbone say hi. I'll admit, some Sony exclusives like God of War, Ratchet & Clank and others are awesome, but Sony has it's share of fail games too.

@machinimafan77 Well, it has more cutscenes than the older games. The tone of the older games, particularly Warped and Cortex Strikes Back were, admittedly, better in the sense that they took themselves seriously enough to feel like a solid story, not stand up. No. But I can tell when a game interests me. I can watch my favorite games on YT and be interested in games I've never played, such a Pikmin and Metal Gear Solid. But I can't stand Uncharted (1). 14 minutes and I'm falling asleep. Sorry.

They add combat, a unique ability (jacking) and refresh the series basically and they're hated. There's no logical reason for most, if any, arguments against the new Crash. "Teh new louks Sux" is not a valid argument, for example.

@vgman94 I don't think I would ever find crash 3 boring, but anyway.. new moves don't make up for everything. maybe I'm kind of fanatic but I really hated the camera view, seeing crash from distance, I find those stupid things you have to collect annoying, and I was really angry after playing this game for a while, having to go from crash house to other worlds and then again having to walk all the way back to crash house.. I find this totally anorganised, with no sense of purpose or something..

@1234mate1234 New moves don't make up? So what'd be the point of buying a new game from a series if it's not different? The camera? My only problem was it was static. No close-ups or different views. How are the Mojo annoying??? They have cool sound effects (yes, it was used before, but it's still a cool sound effect), they power you up and they look nice. I'm not sure what exactly makes a good collectible, but the Mojo seems great. The Wumpa is good too and is still there. Backtracking was...

@mate Backtracking was annoying but that was not too bad unless you have some type of real hatred for backtracking. It wasn't really unorganized as much as short thanks to Activision setting a short deadline. Want a more finished Crash game? Protest with a few other people and tell Activision to let it's developers have adequate time for developing a game. That's what makes games like this be half of what they could be. Personally, after getting 103%, I got bored of Warped. Nothing else to do.

@tyblah6 Sadly, no. Hopefully in the next game. I also Hope they make the combat system more complex and add extra features to the Jacking ability. Not to mention puzzles and slightly more atmospheric levels. Like Slippery Climb and Lights Out.

@LORDXM7MD Any reasons for this? The old Crash = Run, jump, spin. New Crash = punch, kick, jack, combo, use super moves. And there's also variety with the Mutants. Seriously, just because Crash is different, doesn't mean it's bad. Do people complain about the redesigns for the Gods in the God of War series? No, and they're just as drastic. So why this? I grew up with Crash and like all his games, except CNK and Boom Bang.
