It simply means that the mp3 is high quality :) There's also 92, 128 & 192kbps quality mp3's and the higher the number the better the quality. Youtube is filled with really low quality songs so the ''320kbps'' is added in the title for people who are looking for high quality versions of these amazing songs :)

@UltraDOG17 Near CD-quality. CD's are always a bit higher quality though because usually those are uncompressed files, it doesn't get better than that because MP3's are compressed so they're smaller(a music file on a CD is usually around 40mb cause it's a wav file and MP3's are 10-12mb)

@2pac4life400 Like what? the game is set in '92 you could only put 2Pacalypse Now tracks or some earlier Digital Underground tracks, and No body wants to listen to a radio station with only 2Pac songs playing, the music on San Andreas was true to the time it was set, when they set a game in 1996 then you can prepare to hear some Me Against the World, All Eyez on Me & 7 Day Theory because they were big hits around then
