the rs6 is 580hp stock with a 5.0 liter bi turbo V10 lamborghini engine and the it revs to over 8000 rpm!! its a better car and much more faster than a gtr. trust me...0-60 in 4 seconds!! doesnt sound slow to me.

Their different cuz one is Turbocharged engine and the other is not! Just to tell you that turbo charged engines have stronger and thicker cam shafts with much less aggressive angle than natural aspirated, not to mention that the thickness of the cylinder block on turbo engines is lot more than N/A engines. They are kinda related, but the 5.0 has unique parts!! Don't believe me? Google it!

both engines are from Audi... the Gallardo and RS6 engine are build in the same Audi engine plant in Gyor..the Gallardo is 90%Audi... developt by Audi, chassie build in Germany, body painted by Audi in Neckarsulm, engine build by Audi etc.. in Italy they stick together only the parts.. the only true Lamborghini part still used in the Gallardo is the shitty sequentiell transmission

just because the gtr may have been infront of the car does not mean it had a faster drag time. the time starts when u pass the poststage area in which case if the audi laucnhed a bit later it may mean he looses the race technicaly by not reaching the finish line first but still had a faster time.
