When I first saw this I thought that someone had taken the original footage and just altered the voice to make it high pitched, but it turns out the guy singing actually alters his voice himself. I've seen him on religious TV a couple of times and he always sings songs with that wierd voice effect to make him sound like a child. Ultra creepy. This song haunts my nightmares.
