Fantastic positioning and timing the ball, that kid has natural talent. One thing I did notice though was that the balls used in the video seem soft and bouncy therefore he seems to not do much of a bat lift because he knows the soft balls will fly when they are hit. the execution of the shots are perfect but his entrance to the shot could be improved.

Ill give an example... In Japan, kids are coached on Baseball, just as extensivly as Indian kids in Cricket... But NON of them can physically move like an adult. This kid can, which is why its so impressive.

And its no backyard game, it is expensive, and requires a high amount of discipline and dedication. Terrific lad and a fantastic cricketer. Just don't put pressure on him to score runs and take wickets when he starts to play club cricket. Pressure can wreck his excellent cricketing skills. The kid looks happy and make sure you look after him well in terms of encourage. Always encourage him even when he's not doing well and just let him learn the nuances of the game.

His grip is tooo bottom handed, so many of his shots are popping up and some of them look a little uneasy , it looks like he has a strong bottom hand grip, or either his gloves are too big for him. One of the two, might want to look into that sir.
