what i do when someone has me mounted is i hug them with my arms and legs as tight as I can. when they wear them self out from either trying lil hit or peeling me off I rush for an escape. this has worked for me for years because people use a lot of energy just to try to get me off them. some time they even stand u up because the guy is not making progress.

Love the vids, I trained Judo and BJJ for many years, I much rather train with women, they are more technical and less sweaty., and they usually don't try to muscle techniques. I saw many of the girls quit cuz most of the guys in class would try to be macho/pervert ...

A quick tip for knee on belly if you put your knee cap on the edge of the hip, instead of on belly, as the opponent turns into you your knee drops down to block hip. Matt Hughes does it against Royce. BJJ Rules!
