If you were to look at when this was posted you would have noticed it was three years ago BEFORE the release of Volume 1 Book 11. In witch case the skill WAS called "Lightning Strike". This was on the test server the November before the patch release, shortly after live launch. Next time read the post date... A simple, "Thats not the name of the skill anymore." would have sufficed.

this skill is GREAT in pvp, if you rush creeps or something and they dont run away like cowards as they usually do

then cast lightning strike on them and wham 5 kills in one hit if ur lucky

and if ur out of a raid, then currently you will get about 500+ renown for that one skill lol!

basically it means that it affects more than 1 target

The goal of this video wasn't to see how much dmg the skill does this was to demonstrate the actions of the skill. It just so happent to be a level 28 warg. However the Lightning Strike has done a total of 3k dmg on the Ironscale in the Tome of Elindil several times for me. ;) of course this was with all debuffs and group buffs...
