@mytemoful don't see the point on the floor? since it's about progression mainly of the joints and not the muscles and on the floor creates a lot more tension on the joints beginners who want to avoid injuries start on the bars where there is less tension and can focus on technique and form.
The TV distracted me. Thats good now try flicking up planche to handstand. It would be harder to balance the handstand on those bars but with practice :D.
