A trick for taxi's. Look at the top of the taxi car where their number is. If the light is on that means they are looking for someone to pick up. If their light is off either they are done for their shift or they have someone in their car. Also if you are standing on the left side of the street and you want a taxi coming from the right, you have to move over to the right side of the street. it is stupid i know, but it works.
