You don't know anything about the business. There's thousands of singers out there that have been trying to make it for years. they've appeared in every venue they can get to. It doesn't make them professional. They struggle. Susan was a gem. But just looking at this video shows how hard it is when you have morons out there like this guy. Thank god she had a chance to show the world her talent, without an asshole like this runing her performance.
