@aldhous: MK Dons are not a continuation of Wimbledon FC. They are a new club that was set up in 2004 and bought the assets of the old Wimbledon FC, which then continued in administration for many years before being wound up. Even MK Dons admit that they are a new football club.
Congratulations to Wimbledon!!!!! As somebody who remembers football B.P. I spent many an afternoon at Plough Lane happily watching top flight football for a few pounds. And strangely football was just as compelling (if not more) back then - don't believe the hype!!!!! Good luck to Luton for next season too.
luton end packed solid, wimbledon end half empty. It's a complete joke that they won the FA cup tbf

@cajjer Nah mate, it's AFC Wimbledon in the play-off, they've only been around 8 years..

They're just a continuation of Wimbledon after MK Dons broke away

@cajjer MK Dons are a continuation of Wimbledon.
AFC are a completely different club - different league, different ground, different owners, different name. Don't be sucked in by the media wankfest.

@aldhous Yes but most saliently they're from WIMBLEDON, whereas the MK Dons are from Milton Keynes.
