Angela Davis is a major 20th century figure. She continues to campaign and and tell the truth. I had the priviledge of meeting her in 2007 when she came to London. Americans should be proud of such a courageous woman and great intellect. I envy her students

Hmmmm...Better quality of life indicators than the US, doctors in every neighborhood and free healthcare for all, no homeless people, a highly educated population, complete absence of the torture that the US prides itself on, an army of doctors sent to conflict zones instead of bombers and mercenaries, relative racial harmony, veterans that helped overthrow South African apartheid vs. US attempts to prolong it, on and on.
