Sometimes you can catch them with 1 Ultra Ball and other times you must use at least 30 Ultra Balls.But I prefer if it is hard to catch a pokemon because when you can catch a pokemon easy it means that it has some crappy stats or has something important crappy.For example who would like a Groudon with low Attack or Defense?I would prefer low Special Defense since Groudon's special defense is it's weakest stat.

i had my only master ball in rayquaza, before getting groudon and when i went to fought him i used a timer ball, after e used rest for like 7 times. i caught him in my first try. the hard thing was to get latios, it came up out of freakin nowhere and i got him in my first try with a dive ball (lol). really lucky, going for kyogre now

Suffice to say, an Ultra Ball is not a Poké Ball. (An Ultra Ball is stronger, therefore it decreases the difficulty of the catch, and easy catches don't win bragging rights.)

I caught all the 1st season legendaries in Pokéballs same with 2nd and 3rd except Latios, had to use the epic premier ball on him :D! (which took about 4 encounters in one day :D!) Oh and I randomly have 2 masterballs in SS >.< (yeah I got one from trading my Kyogre (which is now lvl 100 and can take the league on its own O.O) :p and yeah...I also managed to get 2 haxed Pokémon -.-... I always liked Rayquaza and Groudon. Not big on Kyogre, even if it is awesome. Ive always played Sapphire, too.

You have some catching skills. My most trusted Pokeball(while it DOES take forever) would have to be the Ultra Ball. My two favorites are the Quick Ball and Dusk Ball(cause I caught Entei and Raikou in each, incredibly).

Well, I dont have more pointless Pokeman related things to say, so... yay. :D

Despite what you see here, it took me many more Poké Balls to capture some of the especially stubborn legendaries, like Cresselia. (Possibly my most difficult catch yet!)

How did you get your Altaria to learn false swipe?

In a nutshell, it was born with it.

Going into slightly more detail, when using the GameCube app, Pokémon Box, your trainer gets given a Swablu egg when they are first introduced to the app. The Swablu within the egg will know False Swipe when it hatches.

Meh. 5/10. How typical of IGN. *scorns IGN ...in his mind!* They probably didn't take into consideration that its main purpose is merely to act as a utility rather than as a game.

Truth be told, I mainly just use it to transfer Pokémon between 3rd gen Pokémon games. It saves ALOT of time in the long run if you're trying to max out your Pokédexes, etc.

As for playing the actual games, you can only do so with Ruby and Sapphire. (But then I'd just use my GB Player for that.)

I was 11 years old when I spent more than 4 hours to catch moltres, zapdos and articuno and mewtwo, well mewtwo was hardest, and I got mew as a bug in cerulan, that doesn't count...

In crystal got suicine, raikou, entei, lugia, ho-oh and celebi with an event

Ruby: Groudon, Rayquaza

Sapphire: Kyogre, Rayquaza

Diamond: Giratina

FYI, it's IMPOSSIBLE to knock out a Pokémon by using False Swipe, as it never takes a foe's HP below 1. How do I know? Because it's been that way ever since Pokémon Gold and Silver.

I don't think you've ever read false swipe's function, it is a special move that has 40 of base power but it never makes any pokemon faint, it will just leave at 1 hp, this move was debuted in gold and silver
