One more thing.... I don't want to seem like a jerk but "Rustico" bread doesn't refer to the color of the bread....it means that it is a very simple artisan bread that is usually made by country men and women. I was raised in Sicily... I had to know my bread even though I didn't care....HA!!

Nice! I'll give it a go. I can't help but think your recipes might taste better if you turned around once in a while, but that might just be me.
