China must be put on notice that if it's oil rig dubbed CNOOC981, the first of many oil rigs that is already being erected illegally in the Spratlys will cause an Oil Spill that will devastate one of the Seven Wonders Of Nature, the Puerto Princesa Underground River, it will have a huge public relations catastrophe it might never recover from because it's supposed claim is unresolved and tenous at best.. In case of an oil spill, China is over 500 miles away, too far to stop the OIl Spill leak

China have 2 major Oil Spill in the last year. China's State Oceanic Admin. headed by Liu Cigue described the Bohai Bay oil spill as the worst oceanic accident in the history of China. It spread to over 840 square km killing marine life, ruined coral reefs and beaches, marshlands and continues to sprout new releases. According to. Shandung Univ. this is the worst accident caused by offshore oilfield but Greenpeace says the worst spill occurred in city of Dalian in July 2010 another leak
