Love your work Tara. Given me, who has a very large repertoire of exercises in his 'bag', lots of other things to think about. Thank you and keep up the great work.
Have you ever considered karate or any other type of martial art? I thought I was in good shape until I started taking it and I simply feel better now. Of course, there's the downside of having the urge to constantly practice, which attracts a little too much attention in public., :p;
Wow, you're pretty awesome. Axe skills, enough strength to swing a huge sledgehammer, and great push-ups. A shame more people can't be as passionate about fitness as you are :]
@CoachTara wwwwwwoooooowwwwww..........you are special..............i liked the firs song to what is tha name of the first song and who sings it.......please replay............sorry for my enghlish
@ganyuehan Are you talking about consecutively or with rest periods? First of all, much of the effortless effort of push ups comes from core strength. That is what really assists me so that it is not all in my arms. Full body engagement - lats are key here as well. Start training maybe in sets of 5 or 10. Execute the push ups at 60-80%. You don't want to train to failure. Train in perfecting!!!
WOW, WOW, I'm still doing my push up on my knees, how or what can I do to get strong enough to do push ups in the full plank position, I can do planks
I would start doing full plank push ups on an incline. An incline where you can get the full push up. As you progress lower the incline until you are eventually in plank position on the floor.
Excellent vid. I have to say though that the lineup of all the "Primal Equipment" in the background is intimidating. No way I can accrue all that. The more exercises and objects from around the home, property, and maybe the school yard the better. I can and do modify a lot of things though. I've watched this vid a number of times but the last few I've mainly been listening to "God Hit on Me". Awesome. Keep it up!
Well from the responses you are getting to this outstanding offering I can see that folks are "getting" how incredible you are in your form and endurance. In your 3 vids of Push Ups with a Vengeance you present us all with a vast array of variations that totally rock. thanks for being part of Team Rocannon. You are a perpetual instigator and keep me on my toes creating new Primal Playouts for us to try out. BTW: I missed spelled vengeance in your title slot and accept full responsibility.
You are a machine, sexy and flexy with crazy amounts of stamina... lol You've inspired me to get off my a$#$# and get back in shape. keep up the great vids Coach

If you want to increase how many push-ups you can do, what's the best way to train?
