They aren't really random. It is a looped programmed sequence on the eprom. We really need to come up with a better term for this in the fan community.

Because Dept 18 doesn't want to pay for them to be repaired, when they break down anymore. And thats where the whole Random Movements thing came from.

Does it get the Random Movements too or is it something you did?

I believe so. Since Pizzacam has more than 3 movements and is one of the more complex Prop characters, I'm sure he goes through the Random Movement routine as well.

I wish I knew becasue the 2 3stages I go too took him off (I loved that one the best becasue he had more movements)
