  • someone i know got shot in the leg with one of these when he was training some lads how to shoot an SA80 but as they were using the .22 convo kit, it only seriously hurt him. :)

  • where can I learn how to make these?

  • 4 years later and i am still the only one making these correctly and effectively in a manner that does not effect the trajectory at all. even after explaining carefully how its done, educationally of course

  • stop at 0:10

  • were can i find some of these and what is the price?

  • are you using primer ? I heard most primer has harmful chemical such as LEAD .

  • @papaburger no i was using the whit tips from strike anywhere matches as the initiator and flash powder as the primary.

  • I used Gun Primers over a pellet with powder. Likely how you made these too?

  • @855h0le nope look above, even though i do have an updated formula.

  • did u buy the pellets or made them

  • he made them, exploding pellets are illegal

  • @TheIcoolable No they arent.. Your a moron

  • @13098519 actually you are the moron, he is right on both points, i made them and they are in fact illegal and i would not suggest doing this unless you know exactly what you are doing and have a very safe location to shoot.

  • @DAltar - Actually you are the moron x2.. no they are not!

  • two two fourty :D i like it!!!!!

  • @sindude300 lol

  • Poor tamagoci great vid

  • Sorry for my bad english. So how about cutting the "powder" that is on the heads of the matches, and compressing it into the back of a pellet? cal. 4.5

  • take capgun cap powder out and mix with water then put into hollowpoint and let dry. that easy

  • or u can use real .22 calibers since its metal barrel the gun wont explode

  • @lifes40123 no you cannot

a .22 lr round is about .223 in diameter not to be confused with the 5.56 nato round however.

a .22 pellet is .216 in diameter on average, it will not work.

  • @DAltar lol thanx for info

  • @greatestsongsofLIFE bad idea, it will most likely ignite in the barrel

  • @ParaglidingManiac this would work but it is not going to give you a flash of light for a fun effect, i would suggest compressing the match powder, then after that ontop of the first crushed powder ad a few flecks of magnesium available as a firestarter at camp stores, then seal it up with hot glue and stick the skirt with melted glue on a piece of paper let it dry and cut it off the sheet of paper. good to go...

  • I have 9mm pellet gun can stuff more stuff on those i just need to know how and what stuff.

  • not a 2-2-40

    twenty-two-40!!

  • jesus christ....

it doesn't fucking matter how he says it.

  • Nope, it does,

    twenty-two-fourty

    say it with me people

    TWENTY-TWO-FOURTY!!

    YAAAAAAAAAy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • TWENTY-TWO-FOURTY!!

  • Ill make a video on how to make theese!!!

  • Yes!!!!!!! Please do!!!!!!!!!!!

  • do IT

  • Comment removed

  • Theese pellets are easy to make!!!

  • yer flash powder i got from some fireworks, i glued it on n it neva worked. i mst have tried all diff ratios of glue to powder with no results, jus a waste of flash powder. shot against all diff surfaces as well

  • holy fuck, my dad has thousands of 22 bullets will the primers from those work? how do you remove them??

  • you cant remove them :(

  • lol true i tried, the best i got was i got the powder out but too much work and too little to try in a pellet, i put a cigarette to it and it went bang like flashpowder, is that what it is?

  • shoot a tin can full of gasoline with one of those, it is awesome!

  • For all those asking how to make these the usually way is to use .22caliber "wad cutter" pellets, the ones that are flat on the top. The you just simply glue a centerfire pistol primer to the tip of the pellet. Rifle primers will not work as they are too big. You want primers for pistol rounds, like centerfire .22cal, 25cal. 32cal.380cal. Hope this helps

  • you can use shotgun primers too :)

  • exploding pellet out of my anus!!!1

  • @matchboy46789 this was written by my neighbor, hes one of my best buds, but a total douche

  • please could you tell me how you made it it or where you got it from

  • dang that's cool. what did you put in the pellet to make you do that? did you get a Crow Magnum and put flash powder in the expansion cup?

  • Friction and heat from the impact !

  • i still dont get how the flash powder ignites

  • not bad

  • yo daltar how you make these?

  • holly shit how do you make those all i do is use a drill and carve out the top of mine but its unacurate as shit

  • your an idiot

  • Hey can somebody make a vid on how to make the an exploding pellet. Preferably the simplest way, then could u message me the link. Appreciate if som1 did.

  • i think they glue primers, from real bullets shells, on the front of the pellet.

  • he said 22-40

  • flash powder contains aluminum powder try making flash powder with magnesium powder and use those, they are twice as explosive,I have used both with my .22

  • try drilling the rest of the pellets to make it hollow for more explosives and lighter.

  • sweet

  • Die Tomagachi Die!

  • i think it was a dinkt dino

  • it was a dinky dino lol

  • Empty carefully red cap gun firecrackers with a needle and safety glasses in your face. Flash powder is inside. Gently fill a .22 pellet or container and with safety glasses on. Seal it with glue, with safety glasses on

Flash powder is pressure sensitive and very dangerous. Wear glasses at all time. The red caps WILL explode sometimes and it WILL be pointed at YOUR FACE, when you empty them with a needle, when you fill the gun, when you fire the gun it can explode in the barrel. Have fun.

  • Damn, the 2240's powerful enough, but put exploding pellets in it...me likey.

  • omg how do you make thoughs?

  • Thats awesome, how did u make them

  • can't it expload in the barrel ?

  • impossible thats fake

  • how is it fake?

  • how much powder did you use to have this effect?

  • or sweden

  • what kind of pelllets are those

  • beeman lasers that i fill with an explosive composition

  • hopefully in nova scotia

  • hey where can you get these things?

    anywere in canada

  • i made them

  • could you put a how-to/tutorial of how to make 'HE' pellets?

  • sometime in the future, but not at the moment as i am busy

  • flash powder = black powder?

  • nope

  • flash powder= 70% KClO4 30% Al

  • Just wondering, how much it needs pressure? (just bars or psi number is enough)

  • what kind of pellet do u use??

  • I love exploding pellets just dont hunt with them lol

  • another way is two but a cap in the back of the pellet gon put the pellet in the gun back wors then shoot some thing close range and u wel get a simaler reaction...

  • hardly the same, i just tried it the explosion i get from my way blows a hole in just about everything, the cap just sorta popped quietly.

  • what do u use ??

  • also, putting the pellet backwards results in crappy acuracy

  • My .357 blows holes in lots of stuff too.

  • did you ever make the tutorial video yet?

  • sorry not yet

  • AWESOME! For peace of mind, if I experiment, it will be on old vhs tapes and other non-living objects. Of course, the responsibility will be mine alone. Thanks for the rapid response and I will await your tutorial. Thank you.

  • Dear DAltar,

You used the c02 pistol and I was wondering if you tried another type of airgun -like a pcp, pump or springer? Have you experienced any premature ignitions? Any suggestions on a better explosive content? No need to reply though. Your contribution was enough!

    Thanks!

  • the reason i used a 2240 co2 pistol was for the reason that it is relatively cheap and reliable. i have not tried any other type of rifle, PCP rifles are very expensive, and i would most likely only try one of these pellets in one if i was sure that nothing bad would occur, a springer rifle might deform the pellet a little which could pose a problem, a pump gun should be fine though.

  • as far as explosives used, id say my set up is probably the safest you can go while still being reliable, tutorial video will be up within the next week or so

  • That was a neat effect. I thought flash powder was really unstable...proved wrong here. Did you shoot the pellet backwards or normally - epoxy side toward you.

Don't take your eyes out - be safe! BUT keep posting!!! Thanks!

  • it was shot normally, the 1st 1/8th of the pellets cavity is filled with the white part of strike anywhere matches, then the next 6/8th of the cavity is filled with 70/30 perchlorate/aluminum flash powder, then the pellet is sealed up. works everytime.

  • More vids please of production and damage.

Iv'e tryed to make some before for my 1377 but it never worked well.

  • yea sure i'l do that first chance i get
