You have to bake them longer at a slightly lower temp to counter act the extra moisture that is released from the dog and cheese. Try using mustard, celery seed, or italian herb butter to flavor them instead of the cheese---yum!
they could be popular at your restaurant. well that depends what type of restaurant you have, but there was this place that i used to be able to get these, and it was my favorite! i am also going to make some sausage rolls, which is the same thing, but made with sausages and puff pastry.
