When I landed on the rim and my foot whammed on the other side, that was the overlying pain. Then from hanging there, the back of my leg behind my knee starting getting powerfully sore. When I landed on the tramp my knee cap slipped which hurt a lot. Then I rode the pain out for another minute or so. Then I was injured for a week or so.
