Log entries don't toward the completion percentage. Only items and expansions do. In order to get a 100% run he simply has to acquire every missile/beam expansion and item in the game. Log entries actually count toward artwork...the more log entries you collect the more concept art you unlock.

The place I had to look for it was in the starting area, where you first jump down the hole. An Ing-possessed Galactic Federation soldier attacks you. Kill it and it produces a missile expansion

try an emulator online. if you have a ps3, then use the program online that allows you to use your ps3 controller as a gamepad for computer using the USB. that way its cheaper. have fun. fusion is a geat game

You messed that up.

Allow me to clarify that.

The "Power Beam" Meaning your normal beam has unlimited ammo.

The "Dark and Light Beam's"

are limited to the ammo system.

So is the "Annihilator Beam"

Witch uses both Light and Dark beam ammo. But uses more than the Dark and Light beams themselfs.

Witch means you have to look around for Dark and Light ammo upgrades , You start with 50 and can go up to 250 ammo with the upgrades.

You're not totally fucked if you run out of ammo because the light and dark beams can be charged and shot without any ammo. So in that sense, they too have unlimited ammo, but it won't give you the full power of the beams with ammo. And of course your trusty power beam always has unlimited ammo.

Defeat the Dark pirate commando and Dark pirate trooper with a missile after you freezed them with a charged dark beam. Almost never fails. Hate the alpha bloggers though!

Does anyone have any answers for me? I have a problem with this game. Whenever I play it for prolonged periods of time, the system resets itself (resets to the GC logo appearing without me actually pressing the reset button). It's been doing this ever since I've had it, yet none of my other GC games do this not even Metroid Prime 1. Is the problem my game or the gamecube? I'd like to start being able to play this game without having to rush to the next save point before the game resets again...

This is just my opinion but, MP2 is a good game but the only problem that I had with it is that you have to travel between the light and the dark world too much, and also until you get the light suit you have to keep an eye on your health. And also as a side note (again my opinion) I think that MP3 was a ok game, I would say that you should only buy it if you are a die hard fan of the series. But this is only my thought in the subject

I know, its meant to hide the load times. If you're picking your way through the game leisurely then you'll probably never notice it, but if you're cruising along you'll run into them quite often. Thats why the 3D metroid games don't really reward you for finishing quickly. Its a shame really, because completion time is what keeps bringing me back to these games.
