Megan, im starting on a weight loss challenge, i have been sooooo good, have cut out a lot of rubbish and am exercising, so far ive lost 2kg's in 2 weeks and can see the start of my 6 pack reforming.... im so happy! My aim is to lose 6 more kg's by Christmas. l hate being fat, its so embarrassing, thank you so much for your videos and your motivation :)

I'm trying to support my mum because she finds it difficult to lose the weight these days because she's more 'mature' shall we say! But I'm sure she'll get back to a size 12 soon! I have the opposite problem though, I'm underweight! Constantly trying to pack on the kilos is soooo hard for me! And actually being 'healthy' when you're attempting to pile on the weight is hard too! But sleep is definitely important!
Regarding being underweight.....do you have any other smptoms like mouth ulcers (Canker sores) or tiredness,bloating? Before I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance (Celiac) I could eat ANYTHING and just lose weight!!! It was BIZARRE xxx

I haven't forgotten your birthday vid. I got a new computer awhile back and have yet to figure things out re: making videos. But for you, I will make a more concentrated effort 'cause you're simply the best!
i gained some weight sigh because i stay awake til the morning hours pretty much every day and even if i don't eat around that time, i think it somehow makes my body gain weight easier or smth?! Do you know if it's true...like is a body more likely to gain weight if you have a messed up sleep schedule? So yeah I have to start doing something... Great video btw
YES!!!!!!! It is SUPER IMPORTANT to go to bed at a reasonable hour and get 8 hours sleep if possible. This does affect your weight loss!!! I used to exercise super early, but now i have found a little bit later is better for me.I usually hit the gym at 9am. TRY this week to cut back on carbs at night and to get to bed by 10.30...YES???
