well i have this product myself and to answer a few questions, this is not a weight loss drug. but dont get me wrong it can help you lose weight if you put the work in it like diet and exercise. the reason why i got this is because ive been exercising over an hour a day intensily and dieting and pretty much havent lost any weight. so i bought this product to help cleanse me so i can lose weight more easily. and to answer another question you can buy this at gnc for $24.99.
These pills work! They made me feel lighter and gave me more energy, as well as affected my mood in a positive way. I tried a couple other things and ended up going back to these, highly recommend the dual action cleanse formula!

@Mizzmort you loose the built up waste in your system...not body fat (i.e. my stomach slimmed down but my body fat content did not change from this product)

When you said you normally take the pill when you get home from work when it's weekdays, do you still take the second pill before bed? Even though you had taken your morning pill not long before?
@MzKrazykool09 The directions state that you can take the doses separately morning and night in the same day. You can click on the link in the description box...I also read the directions directly from the container. I would just suggest to go slow in the beginning until you see how your body reacts. Everyone's body is going to be a little different.

You know what's also great? A tea by the name of "Smooth Move" I SWEAR BY IT, absolutely amazing tea. I do what this lady say's too, I'll let the tea steep for at least 30 minutes to an hour and then I'll heat it up and chug it down right before bed, the next morning I have a bowel movement like clockwork.
@MikeAdozen I tried to take that tea its really hard for me I gagged it up after a few sips, its not the taste idk what it is but I can't swallow it. And I only let it steep for about 10 mins cause thats what the box said, so you think if I let it sit for 30 mins I'll get some results?

It sounds like you take them to keep things moving. That's always a good idea but what about just eating flax seed or something. I'm so suspicious of this kind of stuff.

flax seed (or prune juice) is a good option. the horse pills are most definitely not for everyone
