yeah, i haven't pulled over 4 plates since this video. I am slowly getting used to pulling with good form. i might have a video up in a couple weeks of a similar weight with better form.
Awful form, once you get taught how to lift badly its hard to get out of the habit. If you carry on lifting like this you'll just cause long term lower back damage.

Lifting is all about gradual gains. Train hard and keep a good form and in time you'll be able to lift this weight with no problems.

hitches are red lights in a meet, but good enough for training.
