Not to be devil's advocate or anything, but this does share some structural elements with dubstep. It definitely isn't brostep, nor is it anything close to Skrillex's style, but in composition it does share some of the more defining characteristics of the genre.

It doesn't have to be just like everything popular in a given genre to be similar to said genre. Just look at B-Complex, Noisia, and Rude Bwoy Monty, all of whom could be considered Drum n' Bass composers.
