  • To be honest they dont train like that because of the money, if you want to earn lot of money you wont work that hard just to become a professional athlete. They are doing this because they love the game. If you wanna make money you spend your time in the busniess world.

  • Im a 13 year old kid at around 5,9 - 5,10 at approx 176 pounds. I think I will try the Glen Davis and Luol Deng workout. Anyone know what position I should train for?? Thanks

  • @BaLlErRaMpAgE23 like playing postion ? well your only 13 so to others your age you;ll be bigger then most so around pf but if you play with older people probably some shooting guard, you could get pretty tall

  • @deenzilla Hey, I do play for an Under 17's team because I have an extremely accurate jumpshot so I do take the ball up very often. I am roughly average height for that team but in Under 15's ( the one I take more seriously ) I usually play Center or Power Forward. Not the most atheltic player on my team (lol) but very good shooter and post game. I have been playing for just over a year or so. Thanks

  • these guys KNOW hard work. they are too strong mentally to pull a c-web or charles barkley. too strong. fanz that think somone's in their "prime" are stupid. T-mac will be back this season.....4 the doubters....he's working with Tim Grover....same guy that brought finley back and brought jordan stronger and worked with kobe DURING this latest championship run. t-mac will be back and he WILL have the last laugh, as he said once after being eliminated by dallas.

  • Even though these workouts are extremely difficult and effective. To be a pefect and complete basketball player you really have to be doing all 4 of these wokrouts. Incorporate shooting and skills like Gilbert, Strength and athletic training like Luol, and Glen Davis change that to plyos and your good. And then Farmar and his yoga is an extra thing to get a little edge in with flexibility and mental concentration. If someone were to do all this all their life, they could be as good as Jordan.

    so as he keeps moving the rice around, his fingers and wrists strengthen.

    kind of like running a race in snow, its kind of hard!
