  • prof's face at 1:02! This is so good I wish it was real! It's really good!

  • That is fantastic. It captures the characters perfectly

  • Wow, that was great. I prefer your animation to the official pilot they made.

  • THIS show is probably the best depiction of Satan in all media. Hes actually a complex and likaeble character. He isn't evil, just mischivious, bored, cynical and ultimately quite empty in side

  • Wow, This looks like the only YouTube video where all the comments used grammar. Well Kinda anyway...

  • Ooh, you stole my idea!

    Looks awesome!!!

  • very cool. Love the demons!

  • i losten to old harrys game, really good job (Y) :)

  • I think old harry's game would work perfectly as a cartoon if you edited out the laughing.

  • *chuckles* this is wonderful, wouldn't mind seeing one of the episodes done in full... ah, well... Anyways, yes, beautiful animation!

  • reaaly great! Me and my hole familt love old harry's game! However , in old harry's game, thomas in ginger

  • That is brilliant!

5 stars ***** nice work in all maners

    T!MMUS ;)

  • This is awesome! I love the show and this animation is just fantastic to boot :)

I hope you go on to do more!

  • 0:28 - is that dear Scumspawn?

I love how you drew Satan. I never had an image in my mind of the characters when I listened to it but these definitely work. *applaudes*

  • AMAZING... you should so do a whole episode

  • i love old harrys game you should try and make a whole episode

  • Really cool animation syle.

  • I love it! I was actually playing with the idea of doing something like this myself but I never have the time.

The only criticisms I have are thus:

Thomas is confirmed as having ginger hair in season... six, I believe it was, and I imagine Satan as taller. It's hard to terrifyingly loom when you're only 5 foot tall.

Other than that, really good stuff. I especially like the Professor, and Scumspawn looks exactly right! :D

  • This is fantastic! You get the characters just right - I especially like the Professer. Thanks for this.

  • If you ever get back to animating this, you HAVE to make one around that bit where he says, "However, it's not quite as attractive a proposition as having 200 lobsters attack your testicles!". That's one of my favourite bits in the show!

  • God, it's been years since I heard this show. Gotta round up those CDs...

Anyway. Fantastic work! Original designs! And excellent use of scenes from the show. Again, just fantastic work.

  • FANTASTIC!!! Been thinking that this needs doing for a while as the sheeple will miss out on this genius because it's not on TV. Full marks to you - I only hope that someone at the beeb realises how good this could be and gives you a bucketful of cash to do it.

Shame you haven't been on big brother innit...

    ;)

  • Absolutely fantastic idea, love the show and love this.

  • This is exellent!!You are outrageous!

  • just got one and two fantastic

  • Excellent. The beeb should commission this as a series. It would be great to watch as well as listen to

  • nicely done! I love old harrys game my dad's just bought series one a nd to unabridged so i'm like YAY

  • love old harys game, havnt been able to buy series 3 and 4 though :(, u should make more of these

  • That was BRILLIANT!!

Take that to the BBC! OR Andy HamiltoN and get a series out of it!! I mighta heard every episode but i'd sure as hell watch that!

  • lol be fair this is esix the look on satans face!

  • That was really good, especially Satan smoking in the pews. I was just wishing someone would animate this lovely show.

  • Hey there. I started NEWI in September (Also on BA: Animation, whooo!), I remember seeing your sketchbook at the Pollinators Exhibition. Nice characters, some of the better stuff from Animation, actually.

These guys are still up on the walls. Cool.

  • Thank you!:)

How are you finding the course? Nice to know my devils are still haunting the hallways too.

  • Ah, the course is lots of fun at the moment. Then again, I haven't done dope sheets yet (Hahahahahah. Though, I think there's an easy way...)

Just got encouraged to make something awesome today. I showed Yvonne a storyboard of something I was planning to knock up in my spare time, and got told I could hand it in as work. She seemed impressed. Yay.

  • Fantastic stuff, the expressions, movements and colours capture the personalities perfectly! Will we be seeing this on the Beeb anytime soon...?

  • Great stuff - thanks for uploading...

  • This is awesome; I love old Harry's Game. What kind of paint did you use for the animation?

  • I actually coloured it in photoshop:) The backgrounds are pastel and then photoshop manipulated. Thanks:)

  • that was awesome. is it too much to hope that you have/will do more?

  • cool, didn't think i'd find anything for old harrys game, great show, looked pretty good

  • :) Wow! Hey I saw this on the Newi Animation Showreel and it looks fantastic! I'm doing animation at Newi in September, I've seen all your stuff on the walls, your concept art is brilliant! Well done!

  • I really like your work! Good luck with the course, and thanks:)

  • Yes perhaps I could have lingered on that shot a little more. Ah well. I've handed it into simon anyway.

  • Yay, well done Gina! Finally I get to see it. The colour really leaps out at the you, and the character's personalities came across really well in the animation.

    Well done!

    C

  • thanks.:)

  • Yay!!!
