the lyrics are so powerful, so much more than the superficial crap by other artists out there...

there are comments on this section about how this song fitted peoples lives and how it moves them, and i can only agree.

bloc party should deserve more recognition for the emotion and honesty in their work, a band in a class of their own.

i have nooo idea how this song, england, marshals & of course version 2.0 haven't been included in an official album! they are up there in bloc's top 10 i reckon.

i would definitely have chosen them over songs like sunday, srxt and uniform (not that i think any of those three are bad at all...i just think a lot of the bsides i've heard are better)

Well let's not forget "A weekend in the city" was a concept album. So some of their B-sides dont really fit with the concept of life in the city. But I agree some of these (bside) songs are a bit better. And how can you have a weekend in the city with out Sunday's hangover? Lol

'Another weekend in the city' is UNofficial album of all the b-sides from 'A weekend in the city'. It only exists on the internet and p2p, and hasn't seen a official release. Should be able to find it on p2p.

there is no b-side album. don't believe the people saying there's a compilation called "another weekend in the city" that was just made by some random guy and he told everyone it was official. RHODODENDRONS is available on the 7" of HUNTING FOR WITCHES.

What's the name of that CD? B-sides are usually found on singles from the main album, or special stores such as iTunes and so on. Didn't know that there was an offcial release of the b-sides all together on one CD.

Nope, I don't think there with all the b-sides, but whenever Bloc Party releases a single off AWITC, a b-side or two usually follows.
