I for one believe that Kosovo rightfully belongs to the Albanians. Of course, the rights of the Serbian minority living in Kosovo should be respected. Eventually Albanians and Serbs should make peace with each other.

If Romania doesn't recognises Kosovo it's a political decision, justified by certain factors. But that doesn't stop a Romanian to like Albania or Kosovo for instance, because that a individual or personal decision, again influenced by certain factors.
