Its a Mario Kart rip off ( but without the Mario gang and the items being thrown at you) I'd rather play Trackmania on the PC, better graphics, better competition, and better handling

Interesting surprise announcement. Trackmania fans looking for custom track racing on the go will definitely fry and eat this up.

For those new to TrackMania, TrackMania Nations Forever on Steam is free and offers online play. Unfortunately the DS version doesn't, but it has pocket portability going for it. Dealbreaker for me, but it might just lure in some TM fans.

Just so that more people won't get the notion that everything Atlus USA publishes is developed by their parent company, TrackMania DS is not developed by Atlus but by the folks at Nadeo and Firebrand.

Atlus does make great games, but they certainly didn't make this one.
