  • my distance from hilary is 69 :)

    giggity giggity oh right :)

  • Good, I like that you share this video Matrix Spaces; Rank 1; Small World Graphs.

    , I wish success always

  • Nice Video Matrix Spaces; Rank 1; Small World Graphs That You Share , So Very Nice Thanks You

  • I Really Like The Video From Your Matrix Spaces; Rank 1; Small World Graphs.

  • Your Video Is Very Useful Sharing Matrix Spaces Rank 1; Small World Graphs.

  • na guckt mich an bin ein elch

  • I love how you can actually see his brain thinking lol

  • @ZeylaBorn Nah it's not that impressive, certainly a good thing, but it's quite common, at least in my uni (summer courses). I went through the whole course of calculus 1 when I was in the 12th grade, just out of interest to be honest.. When also had some matrices stuff in 11th grade (like from lesson 1 to lesson 8/9 and some heavy exercises with planes). All you gotta do is get interested in the subject, and let go of useless subjects

  • The rule for the dimensions of Symmetric and Upper Triangulars only apply to 3x3 matrices?

  • "Ok!"

    ^_^

  • This is MIT? I'm doing this right now and I'm in 10th grade. Oh wait, I typed in too many ones and I have no idea what any of this is. I'm off to lecture 1 so I can delude myself into thinking that I know Linear Algebra.

  • lol maybe thats the reason MIT is so prestigious, they have awsome teachers!

  • awesome lecture!!!

  • I am a senior in High School, I've started taken this course after my Differential Equations class and I love it. It's somewhat fulfilling my summer with productivity.

  • I love the joke but I love the course more=]

    Thx

  • love the ending...

  • Even a high school student can understand his lectures.

  • @aleant it would depend on how good the high school student is most of them can not handle this sort of concept and a lot of people are illiterate to math. but eh i am a first year in college and i totally understand him and thats not far off from high school student

  • haha XD

laughed my ass off till the end :p

  • The jokes near the end: Hilarious.

  • Excellent, didnt realize he was going to do graph theory. Although why did he say the matix would be 5x6?? The adjacency or random walk matrices are always NxN.

  • Well, he'll probably just cover the basics of graphs. That's part of the standard Linear Algebra curriculum.

The reason he said it would be a 5x6 matrix is because he most likely had in mind a different type of matrix than the one you're thinking about.

You can represent graphs by having each row as a node and each column as an edge. Therefore you would put a 1 in row 'x' and column 'y' if a node 'x' has an edge 'y'.

  • Holy COW!!! Hes wearing a different shirt today!?! I thought it would never happen lol. Good lectures.

  • Do not get too excited, he is not wearing a different shirt, he is wearing a coat, you can see the over-loved shirt under it.
