i was homeless went to the Obama training and got into his campaign town hall too but i didn't ask for help . when i went into Arnold's office said they had no consituent assit in san fran - Really/!? I had been turned down or denied so many times i didn't think it would help. Single ,multi disabled with a walker and many med issues and no way to save for deposits not many wanted to take that on. I am surprised to hear a first priority woman w/children was not in a shelter program.

@TheJoozie I never said anything about paying people what you make. I once worked for a boss, his business made about 6 billion a year, it built war heads. Cost of building the war heads, 4 million a year, including supplies and wages. His dividends, 1.3 billion, the rest was put into charity so he didn't have to pay taxes. The employees got paid 30 grand a year, barely enough to live in South Florida. Since then, I ditched him and now get paid a decent 245 K a year.

Everyone that works with me is on 1099 as of January 1st and they have to get their own insurance and pay their own taxes. As soon as I started writing a check to the IRS I got a bit more uptight about where the money goes. I don't mind funding defense but I do mind funding able bodied ppl that suck our system dry.

They had no debts, until she got leukemia, and he was let go because the boss got sick and tired of the husband wanting to be with his wife during treatment. And health insurance covers only so much. He tried to cut corners and do Paul's job, but he didn't know what he was doing, and it caused a major road to collapse underneath a building inspector. He in turn, filed a law suit, and last we heard, he's filing for chapter 13 and looking at criminal charges. Paul is also suing the man for wrongful termination, and it looks like he's going to win!

@TheJoozie The job was done. He's an architect, and already had the plans done, that was why Paul was so pissed at his boss. There are other factors in place I forgot to mention. One was that the owner was the son of the original business owner because the father had died, and Paul was hired by the father, and Paul was the reason why the company was going from a few million a year to 80 million in contracts a year. It was a stupid business move from the kid.
@spirittammyk and when I run for office one of these days, I AM going to try to eliminate the property tax. Property taxes come from the state but there has to be another way to get the revenue. I know personally, I'd rather pay 20% sales tax than property tax. Once you own something the govt should not be able to take it away from you. period.

I can't stand it when ppl EXPECT $ to be there when they retire if they had no hand in investing it. I'd GLADLY stop paying 15% and invest that $ myself. @spirittammyk I used to volunteer at a hippotherapy ranch. hated it. I rode and showed my entire youth. My daughter will have 2 choices. Ride english or ride western. if she wants team sport-the horse is your team mate, now JUMP or get your ass around those polls! After doing 6 a day the only thing you can do after is take a shower,eat and drop. No going out, staying out or sneaking out. Horses make girls better people. I'm sure of it. : )

@spirittammyk I was making $35 an hour TELEMARKETING when I was 20. I sold my services in blocks of 50 hours and got paid 1/2 up front and 1/2 when the job was 1/2 finished. I would be told "$35 an hour??? ARE YOU CRAZY?" And I'd say, what's YOUR time worth? They always thought their time was worth more than that (usually more than it was REALLY worth) and that closed the deal. You can pay ME $35 or you can LOSE $200 doing it yourself. LOL

i was homeless went to the Obama training and got into his campaign town hall too but i didn't ask for help . when i went into Arnold's office said they had no consituent assit in san fran - Really/!? I had been turned down or denied so many times i didn't think it would help. Single ,multi disabled with a walker and many med issues and no way to save for deposits not many wanted to take that on. I am surprised to hear a first priority woman w/children was not in a shelter program.

So, it would be very interesting to learn what the staff did for this woman after the town hall meeting. Whatever it was it didn't seem to be enough to warrant a mention on evening news. Maybe because while millions of others suffer, this one woman got a hand out. Hopefully they helped her by finding positions for her family members that can work and pay taxes to help others that are less fortunate. Being a drain on resources without giving back is wrong.

Cost of building the war heads, 4 million a year, including supplies and wages. His dividends, 1.3 billion, the rest was put into charity so he didn't have to pay taxes. The employees got paid 30 grand a year, barely enough to live in South Florida. Since then, I ditched him and now get paid a decent 245 K a year.

I qualified for a 1.2 million dollar home but there was NO WAY I was getting myself into an adjustable sub prime piece of shit product. People were predatory in lending AND borrowing. I have no problem keeping up my home, for now, but it's a fact that local governments need their money, and are hiking up the property taxes to make up for all of the people foreclosing and moving out. Is it fair that my house tax goes from 300 a year to 1200 a year, even though the value of the house has dropped? I think property tax should be banned!

Another little thing that the big business owners do, they donate to their own charities, and they pay the politicians to make it harder for the little guy to compete by tying him up in red tape. But yeah, paying property taxes has got to be against the constitution, I thought it was one of the reasons we rebelled.

Everyone that works with me is on 1099 as of January 1st and they have to get their own insurance and pay their own taxes. As soon as I started writing a check to the IRS I got a bit more uptight about where the money goes. I don't mind funding defense but I do mind funding able bodied ppl that suck our system dry.

My best friend and her husband live in a modest home, and he had a great job as an architect. They had no debts, until she got leukemia, and he was let go because the boss got sick and tired of the husband wanting to be with his wife during treatment. And health insurance covers only so much. It's just amazing how life can change so quickly. An illness in the family, and accident, anything.

@TheJoozie Funny thing, the business owner was demonized, by other forces of nature. He tried to cut corners and do Paul's job, but he didn't know what he was doing, and it caused a major road to collapse underneath a building inspector. He in turn, filed a law suit, and last we heard, he's filing for chapter 13 and looking at criminal charges. Paul is also suing the man for wrongful termination, and it looks like he's going to win!

And then when his wife got better, what to do with the person that was stepping in for Paul? There's a log of logistics to running a business that go FAR beyond emotions. @TheJoozie The job was done. He's an architect, and already had the plans done, that was why Paul was so pissed at his boss. There are other factors in place I forgot to mention. One was that the owner was the son of the original business owner because the father had died, and Paul was hired by the father, and Paul was the reason why the company was going from a few million a year to 80 million in contracts a year. It was a stupid business move from the kid.

@spirittammyk and when I run for office one of these days, I AM going to try to eliminate the property tax. Property taxes come from the state but there has to be another way to get the revenue. I know personally, I'd rather pay 20% sales tax than property tax. Once you own something the govt should not be able to take it away from you. period.

Own a business for a while... meet payroll. pay payroll taxes. pay the health insurance. pay all of the other overhead. then have an employee that you're paying to keep not be able to show up to work to earn their keep. I can't stand it when ppl EXPECT $ to be there when they retire if they had no hand in investing it. I'd GLADLY stop paying 15% and invest that $ myself. @spirittammyk I used to volunteer at a hippotherapy ranch. hated it. I rode and showed my entire youth. My daughter will have 2 choices. Ride english or ride western. if she wants team sport-the horse is your team mate, now JUMP or get your ass around those polls! After doing 6 a day the only thing you can do after is take a shower,eat and drop. No going out, staying out or sneaking out. Horses make girls better people. I'm sure of it. : )

It's amazing to see the tax payers pay for their horse, it's food and to help the person stay in low income housing. The city claims they help because it retains "character" to the city for tourists. DDT can't be sprayed HERE but Monsanto still makes it. They're the ONLY ones that make it. So! Often times they undercut their OWN selves especially when a company asks what you want to earn. When they say "OK!" you've shorted yourself for sure.

@spirittammyk I was making $35 an hour TELEMARKETING when I was 20. I sold my services in blocks of 50 hours and got paid 1/2 up front and 1/2 when the job was 1/2 finished. I would be told "$35 an hour??? ARE YOU CRAZY?" And I'd say, what's YOUR time worth? They always thought their time was worth more than that (usually more than it was REALLY worth) and that closed the deal. You can pay ME $35 or you can LOSE $200 doing it yourself. LOL

Al Gore has made at least a Billion dollars off of "Global Warming" and stands to make much more if "Cap and trade" pass, because guess who made his own company to cash in on "Carbon Credits" (Al Gore did). First off.. We are NOT a Democracy. If we were, "Obamacare" never would have passed, as the majority of americans were and still are very much against it. A Democracy is majority(mob) rule. Second of all, there is no way Obama gave her "a free house, a car, and some money so she can survive" The government does not have that kind of power (and if it does then this country is truly fucked)A government powerful enough to give you everything you want is powerful enough to take everything you have.

Ok, well I can't help you if you ignore the facts. There is NO poll that shows a majority of americans supporting the Obamacare bill that ended up passing. You are correct that most Americans wanted reform, I myself wanted it. But what Obama passed subverted the will of the american people and blatantly broke several of his campaign promises(not to mention nearly everything he said about it was a lie) Also, PROVE they helped the woman, I want actual sources, not Obama propaganda(as this vid is)
