One other issue is on the "birth certification" where race is listed, it says "African." He was born in 1961. Black is the racial classification that was used in the 1960s for most races of color. Other terms for black that were also used were negroid or negro. They would not have written down "African" as race in 1960s.

One other issue is on the "birth certification" where race is listed, it says "African." He was born in 1961. Black is the racial classification that was used in the 1960s for most races of color. Other terms for black that were also used were negroid or negro. They would not have written down "African" as race in 1960s.

I have mine and it's not a substitute for the original that some nameless bureaucrat punched into a government computer and "certified" as the ultimate truth. Hawaii doesn't keep records very well if they can't produce original records. You trust government to tell you the truth. I don't. They have a long record of lying and covering up of the truth.

Prima facie means that you have a valid claim to be in court in the first place and are not just blowing smoke out your behind. It gets your foot in the door but then it has to be put to a test before a judge can rule. Only in common law jurisdictions is where prima facie is sufficient to prove your case and that's only if the evidence is not rebutted.

A bill would have to be proposed giving Congress or even just one of the Houses that authority. Today, it might pass the House, but it would never pass the Senate. Seriously though, since "natural born citizen" is not specifically defined in the constitution, it's up to Congress to spell out what an NBC is. It has not done so, and as such, citizens by birth are considered NBC's under current law.

@timedrifter1 Yes, we need to do what we can about a president who will live by the law, but instead, hide from it. I wonder what we can do about it. We must lobby our reps at least and call our local to global stations and networks.
