Your phone is so scratched. You must drop it a lot. You said it scratches easy,But ive had mine for about a year,And i only have one scratch on the back. Yours is really beat up though. In stead of saying this phone isnt good,Maybe you should treat it better,And it might work better.

@CheyyenneLiikesDucks the front of the screen really dose scratch easy. and its really beat up from being in my pocket because i put tools in my pockets when im working on something so the phone gets scratched up. it was dropped a few times but that didn't cause the problems it has. its software related. it lags alot. that has nothing to do with me taking care of it. it has software problems. it just has alot of problems. my moms had the same phone and it was always in a case and never dropped

@CheyyenneLiikesDucks and didnt have one scratch on it and hers was worst then mine. it would lock up, she had to restart it every 5 mins, when she pressed a letter 1 time it would put it 2-3 times and it takes it 1-2 seconds after the button is pressed before the letter pops up on the screen. it a pos. samsung should NOT make phones.

you need to put the card in your computer and you can save music files to the phone just copy and paste them to the card it dosent matter where u put it u can then find it in the "my stuff" on your phone, hope it helps, and movies im not sure if you can do that.
